False allegations of sexual abuse in the case of separation and divorce belong
to the question of general sexual abuse of children in the sense that they force
us to wonder how to differentiate between a real abuse and a false allegation.
Through case study, this article show the dynamics of false allegations: the
role of the physicians, police, experts, their lack of training and the gross
errors they make and the Canadian tools and approaches which could be helpful
to avoid them.
