SUMMARY :
An active research over 3 years with 18 French teams with the Q.I.C.P.A.A.S.
(Questionnaire of clinical investigation for authors of sexual aggressions)
which allowed to understand the countertransference in such a "Listen-to" analysis,
with the risk to be overcome by horror. The Q.I.C.P.A.A.S., considered from
the very beginning as part of a therapeutic perspective works as an organizer
of the relation between aggressors and nursing personal. It works as excitation-guard,
mental composure.
