Summary :
The sexual aversion (SA) has not been evenly defined in the sexologic literature and has rarely been
presented beyond the patients behavior. This study aims to provide pathways for a better
comprehension of the feminine sexual aversion (FSA). We try with this study to understand the function that this sexual disorder
has for the psychic economy of the person. We will use the sexoanalysis as a model of comprehension. The sexo-analytic exploration of the case
shows us that SA would serve to dodge an established conflict between repressed sexual desires and the antisexual desires. The raising of these
repressed sexual desires would bring forward sexual and non sexual anxieties that are very threatening for the psychic balance of the patient.
The SA would have a function of protection against these anxieties. The nature of these anxieties, described in the analysis of the case, would
explain the significance and the functions of the FSA. For the comprehension of the FSA, for diagnostic criteria and for the therapeutic process,
it is important to take account of the patient fantasies and dream register.
