SUMMARY :
The present prevision of medical care of pregnancy has set a preponderant part to the medical environment in the follow-up of pregnancy itself. That is why, it seems so important to enlighten and to clarify the sexual restrictions that are so often prescribed, in order to avoid a sexual aversion therapy during the pregnancy and to strafe off a residual conjugal pathology : note that the sexual activity has no negative effects on the prematurity. Nevertheless, protected sexual intercourse is advised in case of positive HIV-partner or in case of history of genital herpes, and also a particular attention is required to cervico-vaginal infections.
