SUMMARY :

The authors propose a psychopathological thought concerning the case of a fetishist and collectionor adolescent.

Between acknowledgement and retraction of castration, he canšt make do with his regression to the phallic phase.

He continues his translation of his sexual interest from the imaginary phallus (phallic phase) towards fetish objects very dirty and disgusting (anal phase) such as the feminine objects he collects, puts on and throws away and that can be source of excitement, and towards the water over consumption (oral phase).

If it is relatively easy to understand this case as a psychopathological point of view, on the contrary, it is rather delicate to deal with it, facing the deliberate and precocious choice of the sexual object.

The different therapeutical means, medicinal and psychotherapical, and the adolescence contribute to improve the patient's environment.
