SUMMARY :

Biological and culturally man at any age range intends to following sexual performance: obtaining an erection whenever he wants and with whoever he wants; keeping his penis erected as much as possible until obtaining an orgasm and if possible succeed in the obtainment of another erection again, having a second orgasm. (1) This behavior pattern is very common in which man feels sexually safe. When this do not occur he becomes either worried with penis endurance and penetration number.

This and other anxieties may lead to "premature ejaculation" which contributes for the erectly dysfunction symptom or sexual impotence. This paper made during 15 years from questionnaires answered by 719 patients in different age ranges has two goals: calling attention to the causes of the symptoms of "premature ejaculation" which naturally favors the increasing number of sexual impotence, elimination the criterion "premature" from the male sexual behavior; since, women are more and more liberated and obtaining their orgasm through the clitoris. Free from anxiety about ejaculation endurance, man will live a healthier, normal and enjoyable sexuality.
